PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1.This machine is suitable for the density less than or equal to 30kg/m or equivalent with hardness sponge mattress. It has the following advantages: high producing efficiency, it takes just 35-40 seconds to complete packing. The operation is simple. As long as the mattress and quilt are put and a button is pressed, the operation can be completed automatically. It takes 5 minutes for a worker to learn how to operate the machine skillfully. The packing cost is low. Each mattress needs only a PVC bag or PE bag with a diameter of about 320mm. The volume of the mattress is greatly reduced after packing, thus greatly reducing the transportation and storage cost of the product. The whole machine is compact, simple and convenient for installation and maintenance.
